Allianz Ayudhya Ambassador
Our Allianz Ayudhya Ambassadors are on hand to help members through their medical journey. They offer support in the following ways:
- Providing pre-authorisation of treatment, for peace of mind on what's covered
- Pre-admission support for inpatient stays
- Discharge planning
- Consulting with members, including family members, to select hospitals and treatment plans that optimise use of their benefits plan - including coordination between other health plans or government subsidies the member is entitled to
